Spent four nights in the apartment above the pub. Very roomy and comfortable. Probably a while since decorated but this did not detract from a lovely stay in this quiet country village. Food lovely and on a sunny day you get exclusive use of the...More

Lovely rustic pub with gastro menu. Service was excellent, food was good. If you are in the area, then this is probably one of the best pubs for a meal.

We made a late booking for Sunday evening and struck lucky with a table for 7 with good food including roast dinners and ham, egg, chips. Very good meal sizes and service was attentive and cheerful. A little expensive but worth it.
