Having read the reviews from Lorraine H and Alan G, I can only think that they are custodians of rival chip shops looking to do down the reputation of one of the best chip shops in the North West - Alan, you gave yourself away their , mate , by your request for "two small fish". You obviously run a... More

The takeaway was recommended by one of the locals so we gave it a try. I am sorry to say I was disappointed. The food was very greasy and the price for 2 fish and 1 portion of chips ridiculous. Won't visit again

Called in on Friday night on way through Grange to collect fish and chips for us both. This must be the only chip shop in the area is the only reason I can imagine anybody would be in there. I ordered two smal fish and one large chips. "Two fish and chips?" the young assistant enquired. No, two small fish... More

We tumbled in about 210 mins before closing. However the staff could not have been more accommodating. Food was lovely as was the service.

Tasty, beautifully cooked fish every time, with exceptionally crispy chips. Its only fault is being too hard to resist, and being closed on Mondays.

We visited Grange-over-Sands for the afternoon and evening and decided to try Fish-over-Chips. We were not disappointed. The fish and chips were excellent, very tasty and nice and hot. Staff were very obliging. We would definitely visit again 😊😊😊 Paul & Lynne Stoke-on-Trent

We visited as its the closest fish and chips to our hotel. We found that the wait was very long. And the prices where extremely high for a fish and chips! But i would say the food was nice, but nothing special

This chippie was queued out the door from 6 - 7 tonight. It was well worth the wait for our order. We chose to sit in. Young Harry was rushed off his feet attending to everyone. The fish would rival Ramsden's any day! Even the proprietor came to apologise for the wait. With quality food at inexpensive prices, the wait... More

The fish and chips came and didn't look that exciting. For £6.55 + drink I would expect better. The fish was very thin and the chips were the tail end of what was last cooked. The tea was very nice, good and strong. If you visit out of season in Grange there are very very few places to eat in... More
