These tearooms must be the prettiest I've ever been in with lots of lovely bric-a-brac and quaint surroundings. Their cream teas are superb with as much cream as you want and my husband says their wild boar burgers are excellent. It's a very popular place and well worth a stop, especially if you've just trekked along the coastal path from... More

Delicious jumbo scones and tea. All home made and served with a smile. The cakes looked good and they do gluten free as well. Well worth a visit.

After a very long walk to Hawkers Hut, we were in desperate need of food, drink and a sit down and we found it here. A quaint room with jovial, friendly staff. We had the most delicious sandwiches, though were disappointed to be told the roast dinner was only available if pre booked.

We had been here before and as far as I remember it was just for tea and scones. This time we popped in at lunch time and it is a nice place to visit However I felt that the prices for what is average food were way to high. I had the soup which was £6.00 and although it was... More

We were in the area looking at the church and were delighted to find the tea rooms. What an aladdins cave inside, my sister in law and I spent ages looking at everything. We were made very welcome and enjoyed coffee and cake. An absolute gem. We were advised to wander along the coastal path to visit the smallest NT... More

Had a beautiful afternoon tea at the Rectory Rooms. Scones with cream and jam absolutely delicious. And a great pot of tea. The Tea Rooms steeped in history and tastefully decorated. Well worth a visit! Staff very friendly. Thank you. We enjoyed our visit. Definitely will recommend friends to visit.

We came across this gem whilst having a mooch round on a day where we didn't want to travel far from where we were staying on holiday in Bude. We hadn't read any reviews about this place on TripAdvisor, so went in with an open mind! How glad we did! What a wonderful "home from home" place. We were the... More

The Rectory Tea Rooms never disappoints. Gorgeous cakes and cream teas, a lovely garden, interesting rooms inside. I now see they do lunches too - I look forward to sampling those too.
