I cannot recommend the food in this restaurant enough. Although the menu is quite limited, the food quality is lovely. Staff are very friendly and helpful, nothing being too much trouble. There is a separate dining areas to eat (like eating in a living room, very cosy and staff are more than happy to heat or cool down the temperature... More

If your looking for one of the best Sunday dinners then look no further. Myself, my family and relations have been coming here for 5 years, and every time we come we are not disappointed. The bar staff are nice and friendly and very polite, and the waiting staff are just the same. We especially have taken quite an affection... More

Had a beautiful Sunday Roast here whilst visiting the parents' caravan on the site. Had a choice of lamb, beef, pork or turkey. The lamb was beautiful! The veg and gravy were brought out separately so we could help ourselves to as much as we liked. As you can see by the picture we did not go hungry! We even... More

Roast beef dinner with potatoes 3 ways cauliflower cheese and seasonal vegetables. The most gorgeous gravy ever. We felt very relaxed even with 2 children. We were entertaining friends for the weekend and didn't have any experience of Sunday lunch in this area, but were recommended this restaurant by local people. We weren't disappointed. The table was beautifully prepared, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the food was plentiful, well presented and tasty. Will definitely visit again. Well done all the staff.

Excellent variety of vegetables, all freshly cooked and piping hot. A bit of a wait in being served but this was just down to the popularity of the place! Lamb, turkey or beef available on our visit with lashings of gravy- delightful. All for around £7.50. Recommend booking if you want to be sure of a table on a busy... More

Today was the second time in three weeks that we have enjoyed Sunday Lunch. The initial surprise was that it is situated at a Caravan site just outside Lissett. Suffice to say, one had lamb the other beef, both excellent as was the accompanying vegetables. Obviously family run as everyone was friendly and provided a super level of service. Well... More
