My first visit to the Wellington Inn was for lunch with a few friends. The pub is in a lovely village location and is nicely set up inside. The food was good quality, but I didn’t think particularly great value. I had the seafood thermidor,...More

Unusual to have all three courses with wow factor. What an amazing place. If I had to be pedantic and picky.... The filter coffee was fairly tasteless and one of the waitresses did one of the things which most annoys me in restaurants and tried...More

Called in without booking on a Tuesday lunchtime. We both had the calves liver and weren't disappointed. Delicious food, lovely atmosphere, good service. Would certainly recommend a detour to try this place.

Hello Shirley We asked last year and sadly they said no. We're not regulars though but the few times we been I have never seen dogs in there. Also I don't think there's any seating outside either. Shame. Hope that helps.
