Went last minute today and got the Sunday 3 meal deal. Starters prawn cocktail, beef roast dinner and apple crumble with custard and mother got sticky toffee pudding with icecream. Absolutely lovely all three courses..really enjoyed our food and will be returning. Good customer service, served quickly and politely. Thanks

Friendly pub and very welcoming. Food is the best pub grub in the area. This place is a must if you want a good feast with real pub grub and a pint of real ale

We have recently started to frequent the bay horse for a swift pint and/or lunch . The staff/owners are lovely friendly people who soon memorised our tipple and the pub is clean , warm and a great place to watch sport or simply drink with family or friends . Food is filling and wholesome. Nothing too fancy , it's simple... More

Very good food friendly staff and an efficient service. Lots of choice on menu. Well recommended for the food. Can't comment on the beer as I've never really tried it

A pub that does pub food well. Basically does what it says on the tin. Nothing special but good pub food at a reasonable price.

The food here is ok, pub grub which is good for the price but it's nothing special. It's good for something quick as they don't leave you waiting long for your food. The staff were friendly but the place needs updating as it reminds me of someone's nanna's house. They do special meals and prices for OAP's as its in... More

The staff were very friendly and helpful with my disabled parents and they went out of their way to get us a table near the door with easy access The food was excellent and for the price you couldn't go...
