A really lovely little fish and chip shop on the harbour front. Looks family run, very friendly and polite. Spotlessly clean and the food was excellent. Well priced and fantastic service - really impressed!

My brother and his partner were here on holiday in September. Now my brother is fussy and his partner is even fussier, but they called in to Harbour Fish Cafe for a meal and absolutely raved about the place. Could not praise it highly enough. EXCELLENT.

Found this chip shop after driving round for ages. Difficult parking in Torquay! Had Cod and Chips and Haddock and chips. Beautifully cooked to order so hot and fresh. Delicious. Well worth the 10minute wait. Nicest fish and chips we'd had for some time. Enjoyed every bite.

Sign outside states best fish and chips in Torquay. Correction the worst I've ever had Warning do not visit it's crap smallest bit of Cod I've seen roughly 3 inch length soggy undercooked batter cold chips got charged £1 extra for a bit if grated cheese on top of a burger this was supposed to be a relaxing chilled weekend... We stopped off here after a lovely visit at nearby Living Coasts. Large family with young children, they seemed to accommodate us very well and they have ideal IKEA high chairs for us to use. The signs outside state 'probably the best fish and chips in the bay' and also that the fish is locally caught, and served with fresh... More

My wife and I popped in because the price seemed reasonable. We both had the 1/2 pound burger, chips and salad with coffee. The chips were really good and the burger was cooked to order and was juicy and tender. Good honest food at a good honest price.

We were going to go to the posh fish and chip shop in Torquay run by a Michelin chef however the price was astronomical so we wandered down the street and stumbled across this place. The sign said best fish and chips in the bay and they are not wrong. Great chips, not greasy and soft moist fish. Great price,... More

I thought the Cod and Chips were good quality and great value. With the option to eat-in or takeaway. The cafe is at a good location on the harbour, where there are other higher-priced establishments. I would certainly consider dining here, if and when I'm back in Torquay.
