This is a lovely café with excellent choice of vegetarian dishes. The atmosphere is relaxed and cosy. I have attended bistro evenings in the past which are very good value, with a set menu and bring your own wine, but you need to check when they are on and book in advance.

Took my six year old daughter here today for lunch, absolutely delightful from start to finish. The cafe itself is beautifully decorated and inviting, with sofas as well as wooden tables and chairs and a selection of toys and books for the little ones. My jacket potato was piping hot and clearly oven baked and little ones lunch box was... More

Been there twice this week, one for coffee and a cake, and once for a lunch. Superb foods, prices, surroundings and staff. A real asset to Ilfracombe and check out the bistro evenings. I am not a vegetarian, but will definitely be back, again and again!

Lots of fillings to choose from for jacket potatoes and paninis. So much in fact that it took us a long time to choose. Nice selection of cakes too. Nice spot to meet for lunch.

This is now a regular haunt for us, whether with our vegetarian friends or the omnivores. £12 for 3 course that are always filling. Bring your own wine but they do server their own soft drinks. There are 3 menus over a 3 week period, but they change periodically. A vegetarian friend of ours sat down saw the menu and... More

We are both vegetarian and were wandering around Ilfracombe on our first night there, trying to find somewhere nice to eat. When we saw this place we thought it looked nice for a lunch option the next day and went to check it out. So excited when we saw the Bistro evenings advertised. Managed to book the last table for... Excellent and varied vegan dishes for breakfast, brunch and lunch. Sadly, we were not in town for the bistro evening but would have definitely booked a place

We were lucky enough to get booked into one of the bistro evenings. These are run on Friday and Saturday nights. Reservations are a must, if you want to go, as the place was fully booked on the evening we went. And we soon realised why, the food is delicious and plentiful. With the menu offering a good selection. It's... More

This restaurant is a fantastic vegetarian and vegan restaurant! Meals delicious, home-cooked and very cheap for the quality and quantity! The restaurant is quaint and beautifully decorated with an eclectic mix of sunflower pictures and nicnacs, making it very bright and cheerful! Would highly recommend this little place!

Lovely food and friendly welcome. One tiny moan - the helpings are too big! Still that is better than saying they are too small!
