I have eaten here a number of times and always enjoy the experience. Last night was the first time I have had the tasting menu. I usually go with my husband and he doesn't like fish, which constitutes most of it. It was delicious, I...More

Wonderful food and great service - very personal attentive. Everything was perfectly cooked and we even got a sneaky set menu even though it wasn't strictly available that day. Not too fancy to serve chips, and great chips at that!

Most reviews of this restaurant seem reasonably accurate. The menus were well balanced. Fish courses especially are cooked superbly well. Wine list isn’t massive but a fair choice with reasonable prices. We enjoyed our evening and this really is a little gem of a restaurant....More

We had the 7 course set menu and each course was delicious, well cooked and beautifully presented. Super fresh fish and lovely ingredients. The restaurant itself was fine but didn’t match the quality of the food; we love a more casual restaurant but at this...More

Booked the evening at Olive Rooms and stayed the night upstairs at the Olive Branch. The food was sublime - it's a tasting menu on Friday nights which takes the drama out of wondering if you made the right choices. Each of the seven courses...More

I mean, wow. Booked a lunchtime visit with a client and this place blew me away. As unpretentious as a Michelin star place can be, with exceptional service and out of this world food. £50 for 3 courses which is also pretty reasonable for such...More

So to the food. This met expectations. Each dish was well presented, well balanced, well structured and well executed. However no one dish stood out as a 'wow' dish that had any of us salivating and asking for more which is quite unusual for a...More
