Large pub/restaurant with very varied menu. As a family with young children we were pleased with the children's facilities and menu's. Quick efficient service and hot meals, tasty and well presented. We would visit here again when in Woolacombe

Portions are big, side... More

We booked a table of 10 for a family meal and I was asked if it was for a special occasion, I said it was my birthday and the man said he would decorate the table for us. I also requested a table tucked away if possible as we have a child with special needs who doesn't cope well with... More

As a family we've tried many a carvery...they're great for the kids to be able to choose what they want and they can have as much veg or yorkshire puddings as they like. Easy. Cook Island is by far the best though, the roasts are great, yes, but they are good at loads of places. What makes Cook Island great... More

We came across the place on the roundabout when we were on our way to another town to find a carvery place there however we luckily stopped at this... More

My partner and I had been staying in woolacombe for the weekend. On the morning of leaving we decided we would stop off for breakfast. We stumbled across this place whilst on holiday in North Devon and heading out for the day.. I phoned in on Easter Sunday to ask how long they served carvery for and although they were fully booked, they said to come by and would try to sit us.. 6 of us turned up late afternoon and we were seated within...
