Unique, wonderful spot minutes walk from the Hilton. Outdoors with covered tables. Laurence is a very friendly, interesting person. She grows produce in her own garden. Nice vegetarian and vegan options.

We discovered this by accident. We were actually looking for another recommendation but glad we found Lilikoi! It is a wee food truck set up in the private garden of the owner's residence. It is so quaint! Tables and chairs under colourful umbrellas amongst the lush garden. We had the special of the day which was smoke swordfish served with... More

This was a short walk from the Hilton and a great break from the hotel food. The owner is delightful and a wonderful cook. We had chicken curry and garlic shrimp (probably - it's been a while) and watched her cook for us - it was rainy and we were the only ones there. Everything was perfectly seasoned and cooked,... The owner is very nice and the food is great. Certainly a nice change of pace from the resort food. She has a number of great vegetarian options, which is a rarity on Moorea. Highly recommended. Cash only, so be ready for that. Hours are also very much on "island time." We had to go three different times to find... More

A great alternative for a light lunch, served by one of the sweetest person in the island and her kids. Laurence is such a wonderful lady, always with a smile and energy, serving some homemade sandwiches and local dishes with her daughters that sometimes help. This family is full of adventures and stories which makes it very pleasant to enjoy... More

We spen a week in Moorea, Hilton. The Lilikoi Garden Cafe was within walking distance. Owner/chef, was pleasant and she prepared all food items fresh from scratch. It was a welcomed respite from the Hilton fare. Price was also reasonable for Moorea. You can't go wrong with this locale. This location is only open for lunch.

We walked into the yard and turned the corner into her personal home's yard, but being that it was late for lunch, Laurence the owner spent so much time talking with us after she prepared such a delicious lunch. She is a remarkable person, her children even came outside and said hello to us. We had the parrot fish and... More

A great alternative to the expensive Hilton lunch just a 3 min walk to this lovely homy restaurant. Laurence will treat you like royalty and talk with you while she prepares your food. Everything we had was great and made on the spot, large variety of dishes and reasonable prices. Cash only so come prepared (USD is also OK..). We... More

Staying at the Hilton, we ended up visiting Lilikoi as a way to eat something other than hotel food. The first day we went there it was past 1 so the rush had already died down. she was able to spend some time with us and chatted with us while we waiting for our food. She is a very social... More

We visited here twice on our Moorea holiday because we liked it so much. It's a real treasure. Lauren, the owner, is always ready with a big smile as she bustles out of the house to the caravan-kitchen in her garden as guests arrive. It's very much a spontaneous set-up, very charming and informal. But make no mistake, Lauren knows... More
