As above plus the tenant/manager remembers his guests despite being a very busy pub. Cannot fault it.

We had a brilliant visit to the Bull's Head for Sunday lunch. I was originally a little concerned as I was unable to reserve a table, however we were greeted and our names were put on the list and we were told it would be...More

Such a lovely ambience - we sat by the fire in the whiskey snug and couldn't have been more content. Drinks lovely and food unusual and tasty. Thanks!

Lovely warm atmosphere with roaring fire. Tucked away opposite another nice pub (Roebuck Inn) in Mobberley. I didn’t eat but the meals look amazing.

Called in here on our way back from the airport. My main problem was the cleanliness of the place, everything just seemed a little dirty and the toilets were less than pleasant. I know in an old building space is limited but I don't like...More

We visited with friends and our two dogs. The barman made a fuss of our dogs so that was a god start. Two of us ordered the ribeye and local chips. Both steaks were cooked to order and were tender and tasty. The chips were...More

The staff at the Bull’s Head were very accommodating and friendly, initially my rating was brought down a bit due to a bit of a miscommunication between staff over our bill but the biggest issue was my Steak. I asked for a medium rare rib-eye...More

Just wanted to say a huge thank you to the bulls head for accommodating our large birthday meal last night with very short notice - service, food and hospitality was great as always. Also lovely pub in the summer in the garden!

The pub can get busy but the tables turn over quickly and the staff are very helpful in getting you seated. The food is really good and outside of 8pm Saturday and 1pm Sunday I'm sure it'll be worth it.

Yes, very dog friendly, certainly in one of the bars, (where you can eat, too). But get there early on a Sunday. It fills up within minutes and they don't take bookings. You won't regret it.
