Midweek lunch service. The pub wasn't busy. Staff seemed to take a while to getting round to serving us. Food over all was poor. Service was slow and food arrived cold. Gammon steak was cooked on a griddle that I expect hasn't been cleaned for...More

We found this by chance driving from Loddon into the countryside, crossed the river as a foot passenger and enjoyed the late autumn sunshine and an excellent lunch. We had sandwiches with a beer sitting on the riverbank watching the world go past.

Located next to the River Yare in the heart of the Norfolk Broads, The Reedham Ferry Inn offers patrons a true country Pub atmosphere, with much of its history hanging on the walls of the 16th century building, alongside the history we offer Local Ales, a Contemporary Rustic Menu, picturesque views and most importantly, the last operating chain Ferry in East Anglia. For the last 65 Years and still at present The Archers have honoured serving their patrons and pride themselves on using local, proper, good quality foods. The Menu changes on a seasonal basis to keep our patrons interested and eager to return.
