Visited here after taking the dogs for an afternoon walk. Nice roast, nice atmosphere, lovely open fire and very friendly staff. Ferry is free if you've used the pub👍

Lovely location - a table by the window overlooking the river and ferry provides the opportunity to watch the world float by. My main course (venison sausages) was very tasty and my wife's roast beef was also satisfying. However, 10% more expensive than 'good value'. There was a mess up with the dessert though. After 30 minutes, our enquiry was... More

We visited once again for a bite to eat, both having the fish and chips. The batter so light and crispy, chips plentiful with a delicious tartar sauce, sitting by the roaring fire with cheerful and welcoming staff no better to place to be.Being local we visit often and look forward to returning again soon!!

Booked here for a friends 40th birthday, did not disappoint! After a couple of emails, Paula said they could provide a cake for the occasion! We arrived, staff were lovely and friendly, there was 'happy birthday' confetti on the table, and other decorations! The meals were huge, and very tasty! Then the cake came out! I was expecting fairly average... More

We arrived at the via the chain ferry and a very pretty country lane route, which added to the enjoyment. The views stunning of both the pub and the surrounding countryside. Our Saturday lunch time visit was very enjoyable, first impressions they had a very good selection of real ales on (which is always plus). We were met by a... More

My husband and I decided to have lunch and found ourselves heading towards Reedham Ferry. It was quite quiet and warm & welcoming. Dog friendly in the bar too. A fire was lit and we got drinks while we studied the specials board. My husband had Mussel and prawn chowder with crusty bread and I had pork lion with mashed... More

Over the past few months I have used the Reedham Ferry now and again as a coffee stop whilst out cycling. Excellent coffee, muffins are good, staff friendly and helpful. And yesterday was heaven to walk into a roaring fire to warm up! Intend to return for a meal as the menu looks very interesting.
