Friendly , warm and relaxing place where we had Sunday lunch. The menu reads like your typical brasserie style offerings and I have to say that the starters we had from that were okay but lacked any oomph. The mains though, roast beef with Yorkshire’s,...More

Visited here on Friday 1st December and could not say a good word about the meal! I had pate to start which was not good and would say it taste like dog food. Steak and ale pie for main which the pastry tasted stale. We...More

Went with family a few times. The last time we went, and I ordered this roast beef. It was fantastic. Perfect cooking.

Enjoyed a lovely three course set meal here, great range of cask ales, and really cosy decor inside. We have a business meal once or twice a year and always enjoy the food and atmosphere. Look forward to the next one.

Popped in Saturday afternoon at 4pm with family. Busy with drinkers. Got a table, friendly service, good selection of beers which were brought to table. Family all enjoyed it. Menu seemed less extensive than it used to be.
