Excellent quality food of the region. Convenient to where we were staying to avoid the walk into the old town. Medium price - not cheap but certainly not excessive. A good find.

Great pizza, also gluten free (for gluten sensitive people, not celiac). Staff was very helpful with allergies as well. Good wines!
We loved the service, the food and the wine. Best place we ate at in Leece. Opposite our hotel and significantly better than dining in the old city.
Excellent place served by its own owners. The food quality is very good and homemade, while the ambience is very chill. But the best by far is the advise on the dishes. Every alternative had its own explanation and they even recommended to try some...new things. I would definitely come back!More
We were wined and dined to a superb dinner. My favorite Italian dish is Risotto, which you do not find in Lecce or even in Puglia but this place had 4 risottos from which to chose! Their selection of pizza was huge and we had...a very good one. Their prosecco was good and their deserts were excellent and not your norm. They even had three types of tiramisu, which we did not try because the others sounded even better. Angela was in the front of the restaurant. I forgot to ask her if she was the owner because she was attentive and engaging with her guests. Highly recommend. Service in Italy is a bit on the slow side compared to restaurants in the Washington DC area. Thank you Angela and company. Luciano and MicheleMore
Excellent food, excellent wine and most of all, excellent service. Capriccio Divino is a restaurant run by a team of the kindest people you meet in Lecce. Everyone makes sure you have the best time. Let the hostess pick a wine for you, she chose...ours every time (we went 4 times in 6 days, yes they're worth it) and each wine was great. All and all great place to eat fresh, local food.More
The portions were not extreme, but enough to be sufficient. The food and the wine were both superb. The waiters were very friendly, helpful and attentive. I would definitely come again. Oh, and don’t forget to try desserts!
A small misunderstanding initially about the wine, perhaps the English menu, corrected immediately and politely then food and service excellent and atmosphere warmed up as I was a very early arrival. Thank you
We had a great time during Easter weekend. The owner was very warm, welcoming and took the time to give us some context behind the dishes. Products were local locally sourced and made for very refined but simple dishes with exquisite flavors. Our expectations were...exceeded. I highly recommend the Spumone to and the meal on a high note.More
We ISO of a dinner near our hotel, stumbled on Capriccio Divino, advertised as a pizzaria, looking like a simple store-front, street-side eatery. They undersell. An excellent meal well served by very hospitable owners. Italian menu a bit of a struggle, but seafood well and...tenderly prepared. Quiet, tasteful ambiente with easy jazz backgound music, candle-lit white table cloth, good and affordable wine list. A Lecce surprise.More
Just the way a restaurant should be : no flashy decoration, service on time, excellent food with fresh products, owners involved
A lovely small restaurant just around the corner from our hotel, not far from the old town. Welcoming staff, really good food and wine. Would recommend.
I had a wonderful evening in Capriccio Divino with my small family. The service is excellent and super friendly and the food was authentic and delicious. We deliberately looked for a less touristic place and were happy to find Capriccio Divino. We ordered misto salumi...e formaggi followed by 2 pizza's that where the best of our Italian holiday. I can highly recommend anybody to pay a visit to Capriccio Divino and enjoy a cozy and delicious Italian night out! Thank you so much for the wonderful meal! Greetings from 2 happy visitors from BelgiumMore
We were a group of 12 with some members having different requests regarding their food. The server couldn’t be more accommodating with these. My food which was a mixed grill was really delicious and filling. Would recommend visiting this place especially if you want to...eat away from the main old town.More
My girlfriend and I just came back from a very nice evening at Capriccio Divino. We started with a shared appetizer plate with meats and cheeses. As main dish we had a pasta with sea fruit (fresh from the sea) and a very nice pizza....Everything was perfect and price was very good. (45 euros incl wine) Overall wonderful evening with very nice food, very professional and kind waiters.More
