During our stay in Limone we visited Maito twice. So it was very good. First time we had Fondue with an excellent beef and the second time we had different Pizza. Everyone was satisfied and we found this place being a real Italian experience. It´s a small restaurant so you must book a table.

The restaurant owners try to squeeze in as many diners as possible - very cramped and noisy. Poor slow service, food not properly cooked, cold. Very poor value for money.

We ate here for the first time last year and just had to come back. A lovely quirky restaurant with great food and great service. We both had the excellent Raclette Savoyarde with plenty of baked potatoes, plenty of 4 different cold meats, and pickles. We couldn't eat dessert and were very glad we hadn't had starters. The alcohol-laced sugar... More

Good raclette, lovely steaks, and pleasant service. Average prices. Side orders, like rraclette potatoes, must be ordered with main choices, or you just get the plain steak. Unpretentious alpine. Take the alcohol- soaked sugar lump if you are strong and not driving.

Nice service, great atmosphere but food varies too much. We had polenta with wild boar (very good), Chicken (dry and tasteless), salad (ok), Spare ribs (dry), corn on the cob (good), salsicca (very good) & potatoes/racklette) (very good).

You cannot book this one; there are two sittings at 7.30 and around 9.00 I believe. Lovely freshly cooked mountain fare. Raclette, fondues, if you order pork chops be aware you will get ribs, but very nice. Good atmosphere and service. 10% discount if staying at our hotel but check.

Took my wife. very nice one of our best meals but there is better value elsewhere in limone. You must book in order to get a seat. If your in limone for a week I would say to go for one night.

Perfect for a no nonsense Dinner of Pizza and grilled meat. Pizzas baked in a wood burning oven giving a nice flavour with good toppings. Service profunctuary with no "involvement" by the waiting staff. Wine list short but good value - Barbera D'Alba €20 our choice.
