Without even checking TA we had lunch here. It was delicious. We had raw ham and melon for starters and lasagna for seconds. The melon was delicious sweet and a good combination with the prosciutto crudo. The lasagna was great as well. Service is great and welcoming. When we'll return to Montepulciano, we will defenitely have lunch here as well.

Great location in Montepulchiano is a good start. Good, fast and happy service brings up high hopes. Unfortunately, the food is a disappointment. We had Ragu Tagliatelle, lasagne and duck with noodles. Of these the lasagne was almost eatable and the duck pure disaster. Even Ragu tasted poor and thin. Location and service don't override the skills and ambition of... More

Great location, good food and more importantly, the bar is run by lovely people who make you feel at home, give you great tips in the area and will share a glass of grappa with you. Grazie tante, Chiara & Kiyan

We gave this place a try as we had been travelling all morning and were very hungry by the time we arrived in Montepulciano. The location was good and we had a nice outside table where you could watch the world go by. We also had a look inside but would recommend outside if you can get a table. Two... More

Panzanella salad was very good. Took awhile to get it so we received a "present" of prosciutto and melon. Took another long time to get four bowls of the wrong soup. Nice wait staff, but they seemed overwhelmed by just nine customers at three tables.

We got there after full day ,that we spent strolling on Montepulciano Historic center,Churches wine and cheese shops. Restaurant was almost full with patrons,we ordered one course of spaghetti with thick tomato sauce, and plate of cheese (Pecorino with truffles) ,and casa vino, spaghetti was average, but pecorino ,that served with honey and some jam was excellent.

We almost walked out when we saw our starter, mixed antipasti meats but very high fat content compared with other restaurants. The main course was better but still would never go back there.

If you like bread made a week ago and stomach problems because their cooked dishes, step in, otherwise, skip this place. We eat soups which have been made from instant soup cubes and a terrible what they call "wild boar stew". Disgusting !!

Small restaurant with ab. 20 seats, managed by a lovely family. You can eat all the typical local dishes, made like you would do at your home. We had one appetizer and one pasta each, and a glass of local red wine (Nobile), for a total of 25 euro each.
