We stayed in a private villa for 3 weeks - during that time we purchased groceries at the Delicatessen - not only were they so kind in the deli - they had our purchases (consisting of 2 big boxes) delivered by their very nice young men to our villa which was not easily accessible - down the bottom of the... This is a great little deli with basics to stock your hotel fridge for your stay. If you're on a budget (as we were), Positano is a tough place as prices are high. This place let us stock up on delicious local basics - olives, meats, cheese, fruit and bread - for picnic lunches. They also make some in house... More

This is a great little store and highly recommended on Trip Advisor but it's pretty expensive compared to other little delis higher up in Positano, simply because it's closest to the beach. If you walk up about 100 more stairs or so, you will find other delis similar to this but half the price - plus, you will be able... More

A fantastic family owned and operated deli to get all the wonders of Italy. Exceptional service and very friendly. Nothing seemed to be a problem at all.

We stopped here a few times on our trip - the deli section up the back has a selection of grilled Mediterranean veggies (eggplant, artichokes, tomatoes, olives, zucchini etc), various meats and cheeses for freshly made sandwiches, and some hot options (lasagne, chicken legs, eggplant parmagiana, some sort of Italian rice dish). The rest of the store is a fairly... More

Came across this deli after a short stroll up the hill from the beach. It is effectively a grocery store with a small deli area at the back where you can make your own panini or pick from an assortment of salads and meats available. Paninis are €5 and you can choose a meat (prosciutto, salami, meatballs) along with olives,... More

We were in Positano for 2 weeks and this lovely Delicatessen was our daily ritual as we stocked up on food. The lovely ladies behind the counter were friendly and helpful and asked where my 3 year old was when he wasn't with me. They called him "Mentos boy" because he was always asking for mints.

If you are after a great Italian panini - look no further than this Delicatessen. They have the best of everything and the prices are extremely reasonable. I had to go back 3 years later when I returned for my second visit to Positano and even then I went a few times...
