Serving sizes are small for ravioli. However the prices are great and cannot complain. Great for large groups !

Very traditional and nice restaurant not too far from the center. Not pricey at all. Staff is super friendly and could recommend me delicious tuskany food :)

Joined my cousin, who lives in Prato, for a meal at Soldano. Enjoyed a delightful meal of cinghiale in umido (wild boar) with classic Tuscan side dishes, white beans, grilled radicchio and onions simmered in wine. Great Tuscan comfort food, simple, unpretentious and delicious.

I will give this place another chance because it has a very good reputation. Some client sent me there and told me to order Acqua Cotta e acciughe marinate but I was deluded for both the plates. They were very simple and absolutely nothing special. Will try to order something else next time. As my first impression is nothign so... More

I came upon this trattoria by chance. It is very unassuming outside, but once inside it was clear that this is where the locals go when they want to have a good lunch. It is bigger than it looks and has a menu of specials but not a general menu. The choice is large and as it was a Friday... More

This is a trusted local restaurant, recommended repeatedly by the locals, where one can eat traditional Tuscan dishes.

If you're looking for a little step near Florence, you can go to Prato. After a little stroll in the city and buy cantuccini in Mattei's shop, you can find the real and typical taste of tuscany in this little restaurant

All my dinners were at Soldano during the stay in Prato. Food was so delicious so no need to dine anywhere else. The staff made me feel like a superstar :) Amazing deserts: grape cake highly recommended! Coming back to dine there once more... .... Grazie mille Soldano team!

We happened upon this restaurant our 1st night in Prato mainly to have Bistecca Florentine. But we came back the next night. And would have come back a 3rd had they been open on Sunday. Excellent waiter. Wonderful house wine. And most of all, superb food with amole portions. Excellent food for the price. Please try it if you stay... More
