Description
Askos literally means pot in the Etruscan language in particular refers to a container in the form of terracotta animal (bull, cow duck) which was used to pour the wine, even the names of our products often use the letter k instead of ch in as in the Etruscan language did not exist before in this modern Italian language (remember those who are English language that the 'Italian CH is pronounced as K).. Ours is an exclusive restaurant with food to local seafood, specialty meats tuna and bonito, execution of ancient Etruscan and recipes using fresh herbs of Mediterranean forest, and indigenous vegetables.Sorry for the language I'm the chef........I hope to cook better than I write
