Staying in Volterra for a week had lunch on our first day here Was very friendly relaxed and antipasta with a bottle of wine was great Visited twice more for dinner as the ravioli stuffed with blue cheese was to die for ! Fantastic wish it was our local restaurant near home!!

We found this place up a side alley having had no luck getting into the restaurant we wanted, thought the outside seating looked nice and luckily there was a table outside available. We only had 1 course each but 2 bottles of house red wine which was a gamble but very good. It was a very relaxed atmosphere and we... More

We chose this restaurant because of the lovely surroundings and pretty lights on the outdoor tables. To start with the service was good - our waitress took the time to translate the special set menu for us which we really appreciated. We ordered the tuscan sharing appetiser, and for secondi piatti we ordered the wild boar, chicken with pine nuts,... More

A lovely little find. Friendly staff. Great interior and modern seating outside. They only do pizza for lunch but the evening menu looks very tasty. Just a shame we have to leave before we get to revisit. Would highly recommend

Good food, excellent service and a great experience! Went there in August 2016 and both the food and the staff was really great!

My family and I visited this establishment in July. The staff can obviously not communicate in English. It was like Manuel in Fawlty Towers. They managed to get our orders wrong twice. The food wasn't good either. My wife got a Caprese salad with green tomatoes. The kids' pizzas wasn't great. I left still hungry since they only managed to... More

We had a nice lunch. Meat was okay. Veal with pepper and a veal with lemon sause. Nice but not extraordinary. Paid 6 euros for a salad of only green saled leaves. That was bit dissapointing. Bottle of water 2 euros. Okay. Not great but definately okay.

We had reserved for 4 on the terrace outside, but the family before us were taking their time. The owners offered us to wait inside with a glass of fine prosecco and to win some time we could already choose from the menu. We had antipasti for 4 which was really delicious. The wine (Vernaccia di San Gimignano 2015 from... More

The service at this restaurant is amazing. Antipasto and meatballs as starters, both were delicious. For our mains we had pizza, chicken, and pasta. All very yummy. We ordered 4 deserts, chocolate cake, cheesecake, tiramisu, and adffogato. The food was to die for and good for our whole family. Wine was amazing, and drinks came out quickly. Service was outstanding... More
