We di(n)ed and came to heaven! This place is crazy busy. It looks like you are going to get attitude and wait forever to be served. The staff couldn't be nicer, more efficient and more helpful. And the food.. Ahh the Food! Endless salads, houmus, eggplant salads, egg salad, tomato salads, cabbage salads, zucchini salads, falafel, fried breaded eggplant, rice... More

We have eaten at Achla a number of times over the years but on Monday they excelled themselves. The salads and pittot were great as usual but the quality and cooking of the meats was of the very best. Simply not to be missed.

This is a great place to experience Israeli food and hospitality. The table is 'loaded' with many types of excellent salads, first courses, and flat breads. Then, you order the main courses, followed by tea/coffee and dessert. Come hungry to reduce the amount of leftover food. The servers are very friendly and efficient. The place was crowded, and we had... More

Great salads, always being replenished, with friendly service. Salads are brought to the table as one is sitting down, large range of tasty and well presented. The meats, served on a skewer as requested was a little too rare for my liking. Our friends sent theirs back to grill more. All in all good value for money and worth a... More

A nice restaurant which serves many tasty salades for free if you order main dish or just the salads for 28 shekels.l usually go there for supper because I don' t eat much meat and eat the salads which are served with tasty falafel and pita bread. You can eat as much as you want.

This is what I call an Israeli fast food restaurant. Hummus, falafel, etc are really good. Only watch for the "free" salads that aren't free. Ask the waiter before about the cost of the salads in small dishes.

I know this is a very popular place to eat amongst the locals but the food was average, the staff couldn't cope with the volume of people inside. The salads are not bad. I ordered a rib steak medium and it was below average but the other dishes including the desserts were ok.
