Had dinner here one night while staying at the connected hotel. Forget the artistic professional pictures, the place is like a barn or a works canteen, and a quiet one at that. Service was casual and off-hand, and the menu very limited. Even the dishes...they have on offer they do not do well. I ordered tagliatelle bolognaise and it is probably the most disappointing, tasteless bolognaise i have ever tasted. Aside from being cold (there was some residual heat int he middle so clearly it had been sitting on the pass for a while) there was little sauce and even less meat. The meat smelt like it had come out of a tin. Having finished that, I was still hungry but the staff did not even bother to offer me another look at the menu. Either totally disinterested, or used to the fact that after one plate there, people don't go back for more. Overall a very disappointing experience with nothing to recommend it.More
With a small selection of dishes, they still managed not to have half the dishes. Our meal came after 45 minutes and "shockingly" it wasn't good from an over salted rissoto to a bland bolognase. The roasted chicken was nice. Note that I wouldn't usually...order this dishes but it seemed to be the only dishes they had. Do your best to somehow eat somewhere else.More
We stayed at the Espressohotel and came here for dinner. The food was tasteless and oversalted and the surroundings were not very nice. Staff were kind enough, but this restaurant definitely didn't impress.
Nice interior and friendly staff, but that's it. And that about says it; the english menu wasn't ready, the food was cold (table next to us also returned the full plates), starters had no flavor (not enough herbs, seasoning, just very salt!), just bland pasta...with some bacon on it. The main (mixed grill for two) was just some chunks of meat, again no herbs, no exciting flavours, plain boring! Good words too, the wine list is vast and very reasonably priced. And the staff are friendly and well-trained, but the food is what you go to a restaurant for and that was far below average. :-(More
The Primo Restaurant is located on the 2nd floor of the Espressohotel a new green hotel minutes from Linate Airport. The menu features a variety of dishes including vegetarian choices and the prices are very reasonable. The kitchen turned out a tasty meal and breakfast.
This restaurant is part of the espresseo hotel and serve as breakfast area for the hotel guests in the morning. We had the Burger and Tenderloin and did not expect this tastefulness and presentation of the dishes. Very well done and can be recommended !!
