When you come to Sarlat you except to eat very well. This place is a shame. The food is bad quality and the place is dirty. For UK standard it might be ok and reading some comments in english it seems good....OMG

Lateish on a monday night in winter; not much open. When the waitress suggested a space on a long communal table upstairs I was less than blown away! We had eaten at the Quatre Saisons - the sister establishment which was closed on this visit. This is a much more casual place but the food was very good and the service attentive. The atmosphere is rustic and so not appropriate if you're looking for a sense of occasion. We will go back.
Went there for lunch with 2 friends, on a recommendation from a local.
