Just spent the weekend here with my mother. We have eaten out 4 times . There is no doubt that l’Estanco is several cuts above any other option in every aspect.
Lovely meal, friendly service and although menu is not extensive we thought food was all delicious! We hope to eat again here before we go home, that’s definitely a recommendation!

We had the most delicious starter of gorgonzola cheesecake with beetroot coulis (without chorizo chips) followed by squash and leek gratin served with sautéed potatoes and vegetables. Absolutely amazing food and great service, we highly recommend.
An excellent restaurant. Had a great time here. Service and food are superb. I can personally recommend the pork dish. Will defiantly return next time I am in samoens.
A very pleasant restaurant with very good service and good food. It was very relaxed with no feeling of being rushed at all. Would recommend booking as full when we visited so glad we had phoned ahead.
We , a dutch family , visited twice this restaurant because we liked it very much. de food was delicious, the atmosphere great en the servants very nice and attendent. We were sitting outsite which we love ( not possible in Holland in september) and...enjoyed everything so much. Getting a small gift in the beginning and a distingtive in the end is not commen in our country. Also the wine choise is great and the price of all is much wurth it . So glad we found this restaurant, as it is slightly tucked away! We managed to book in on the night, and despite there being only two people serving, they were attentive and friendly. The food was so good - I had the duck which was...amazing and my partner had the mushroom tartiflette which he really enjoyed. We really appreciated the contemporary decor and chilled atmosphere. Stumbled across this gem of a restaurant tucked away in the centre of Samoëns. The service is absolutely first class and a very relaxed atmosphere.
