There is a big sign Burger Lounge and if you are not a burger fan in Swiss alps, you may stray away from this place. But, it’s also a restaurant, and that a pretty much good one. Of course, there is a room for improvement here if you ask me e.g., salad dressing a bit too sour, slower service at time.
The fact that the one of the owners is also a Chef speaks for itself. Everything we ate here on a several occasions was tasteful and freshly made. Fries are the best I had in a long time and Wiener Schnitzel cooked to perfection!
Don’t miss on their lovely fresh Apricot Pie which is served on a platter, again tastefully and lovely presented.
The service was great, except one lady which spoke only French and was not so friendly, but the Chef made for it with a small involvement in between. It’s not nice to dine with unfriendly personal and that is why I took one star away.

We were pleased to find some interesting food on the relatively small menu. Very good was the tartare with foie gras and fries, delicious and generous the slice of foie gras, the whole for CHF 42. Also del grilled Loup de Mer was very good and the portion sufficient, also for CHF 42. Great the Viognier by Zufferey for CHF 48. The two gentlemen of the service were very pleasant and friendly, you sit here in a nice ambience and among nice, rather older audience. A very good address in Crans.

There were three of us in the Rotisserie on January 10, 2024. We ate 1x souris d'agneau and 2x Filet Stroganoff. We drank a Pinot Noir du Patron (chant du mur from Vins Bruchez) with it. The food was very good, the service very friendly and attentive. The wine went well with it even if it wasn't top notch.

We own a place in Cran and have been going to the local resturant for the last few yesrs. This was not our first time to La Rôtisserie but it now will be our last. We had great service and the food was nice. The issue was at the end we had a conversation with the manager regarding the final bill and without going in to much detail he was rude at best and condescending.
In short he made the expeirence for all four of us totally unacceptable.

Came here for a quick lunch with Friends. Two of us had a salad starter one had steak Tartar. I had the fish platter of the day, my friend had the meat platter of the day. Overall the food was excellent and very good value for money. All in all with a bottle of wine chf 190 which for Crans is cheap!!!...

My mother and I are out on a relaxing week and as always La Rotisserie features heavily in our chosen lunch spots.
Staff are all very friendly and happy to see you, the restaurant is spotless and has a small terrace outside.
The menu du jour is always of high quality and good variety, it is also seasonal with white asparagus at the moment. We had a three course menu with added amuse bouche, white asparagus and ham, guinea fowl with vegetables (shown in the pictures) and ice cream with forest fruits.
This was an amazing meal.
I will always recommend La Rotisserie for good, well cooked and delicious food.

This is a very popular restaurant at an excellent spot in Crans, close to the famous golfcourse and the shopping areas.
The restaurant has a terrace.
The restaurant has a limited seating capacity.
Downstairs is a burger restaurant by the son of the owner, however it is not possible to order from the burger restaurant when seated at La Rotisserie.
We had dinner here with a small group.
The Dutch owner did his utmost to seat us together at a long table. The a la carte selection was very adequate, the daily menu is excellent.
There is large selection of wines available.
We can absolutely recommend La Rotisserie, you will not be disappointed!
