This restaurant is all about the atmosphere and the wonderful view of the lake. The food is okay although it seemed a little pricey for the quality. Service was quite slow but they were very busy with some large groups.

It was my second time there, but I was disappointed this time since 1 year and a half ago I ate much better. My salad was too oily and the pizza of my husband without taste.

Le Skipper is literally in the center of St. Sulpice. We were there in the Fall, and the outside seating was closed. The inside is a bit crowded, with a bar and a few tables. The place is popular with the locals, and it offers inexpensive lunch to the construction workers employed at a nearby renovation project. The food was... More

We were lucky with the weather - eating on terrace end of March is simply great! I liked the view for the terrace - on the lake and a 12th century church. Food is very nice and fairly priced for enormous portions proposed. Nice local wines. Very friendly staff. Great experience overall!

this place is a nice local restaurant. The service is good and friednly and familiar. The place has excellent food (depends on your choices and taste) that range from pizza to excellent venison on a hot stone. It is at walking distance from the EPFL.

I give this place a higher rating than I might because it is exactly what it sets out to be: a reasonably priced restaurant serving pretty good food. In this neck of the woods, "reasonably priced" is very hard to come by! Situated high up on the central street with a nice patio with a view of the lake and... More

Very nice view from their garden terrace. Food is average, you could go there for lunch with family/close friends but not suitable for a business meeting. The decor is tastless and the quality of the furniture in the garden terrace is very cheap. My filet de perche was absolutely fantastic but the dessert (apple cake) was below average.

We eat regularly at this restaurant because it has reasonably priced food and a terrace with a view of the lake.

I have eaten here many times. The pizza, even if a bit small for me, it's nice. Pasta and meat are okay. The fact is that they have a magnificent terrace so well worth to go and eat there outside. The place probably need a lot of renovation, and it would be perfect. If you eat inside, is not really... More

Nice village restaurant, incredible view from the garden terrace, but there are a few dishes to avoid. The steak on the sizzler stone (i.e. do-it-yourself barbecue on your plate) is very good. Don't get the pizza or anything too exotic.
