Great impressions. Starting from the posh design of the Renaissance Pattaya Resort & Spa and its restaurant, 609 Kitchen. We had the Saturday night seafood buffet for dinner, and the restaurant had one of the most impressive procurement of seafood. The rock lobsters, crabs, and prawns are exceptionally fresh and large for buffet. Previously, we had seafood for lunch at a local fresh market in Pattaya, so we had an idea of what fresh taste like and prices of different sizes of seafood. We also like to try seafood buffet all over Bangkok, Pattaya, Rayong, and Hua Hin, so we knew how some hotel cut costs. Finally, complementary to 609 Kitchen's seafood are great services. Many thanks to K.Au, K.Ying, K.Plai, Chef Marko, and the team for the great impressions.

Renaissance hotel restaurant does not disappoint!

Overlooking the large infinity pool and Gulf of Thailand, 609 Kitchen pleases the palate as much as the view provides eye candy. Breakfast, lunch and dinner international menus are so varied that after a week-Long stay am still trying something new at every meal. Wether munching on freshly made French toast in the Am, or choosing between local Thai dishes or American classics like burgers and pizza, there is something really WELL prepared “ala minute” for the discriminating tasters. The table service is warm and pleasing, as one has come to expect in Thailand. Waiters aim to please and can’t do enough to cater to ones’ gastronomic needs. See waiter Ton and his fellow staff mates for top service. My great fear is that will run out hotel stay days before I get to sample so many good remaining menu choices!

Super restaurant with vegetarian options.

Fantastic place to eat. The restaurant has multiple options. We have visited this place on multiple occasions and were never disappointed. We are vegetarians and the restaurant was able to provide us with wonderful Indian delicacies with super quality. The Indian cuisine chef Ramakrishna is a wonderful man and was able to custom make food for us. We were traveling with a kid, he prepared wonderful aloo puri for my daughter.

Stopped by this afternoon for a quick lunch and ordered “yom talay” (seafood salad) phet (spicy) and I must say it was one of the best, if not the best seafood salads I’ve had in Thailand in my 17 years here. Just enough spiciness to get my lips on fire but not bother my stomach. Left word to thank the chef. I’ll be back ........

I've arrived at 609 Kitchen in the Rainessance hotel pattaya. There were various kind of food, especially the bread and fruit juices. The staff (Khun Mangpor) was quite warmly welcome with well service mind and provided the good hospitality. I'm very happy to have meal here and surely expect to come back again. Highly recommended.

Amazing Service

We have stayed at the resort twice and every time Au and Ton have gone above and beyond to ensure phenomenal service and experiences. A hotel restaurant that actually tastes GOOD!

Excellent restaurant, excellent food that hits all the spots. We dined here 2 nights in a row as it was that good. The first night we have a variety of dishes from the excellent and juicy beef burger, to chicken tikka masala, khao soi, yellow curry chicken and a very flavorful fried rice. What topped up the experience was the warm and welcoming service and attitude of Tak. Look out for him when you’re here and he’ll take great care of you. I can’t recommend this restaurant enough, so you’ll have to come to experience it. The second night, they have the Local Market buffet. Hatyai fried chicken, biryani rice, grilled lobsters, prawns, pastas, pizzas and more.

Waste of time

After reading good reviews we actually made a purpose 30 minute Trip here from Pattaya. Unfortunately we discovered a hotel breakfast restaurant which is actually the all day dinner here at Renaissance Pattaya Resort & Spa. We sat down but we're left for ages without anybody coning to take an order. We walked out the staff didn't blink an eye lid maybe they are used to giving zero cares

Rude and ignorant staff at restaurant. Poor service

Poor service. Staff name “Tak” was extremely rude to us. We came in restaurant and waited in front so we can get a table. He walked and looked at us then walk right through us even though he wasn’t serving anyone at the moment. We had just completed a four hour drive hoping to relax but Tak made our experience at this hotel very bad. Won’t be visiting again.

Amazing Breakfast!!

had breakfast here during my stay at Renaissance Pattaya. Good food, nice buffet with extensive selection of food. All that you would expect from an upscale buffet is available! Must try their cook to order noodle! In my opinion, this place is a must try if you are staying at the hotel.
