This was an awesome find on my week visit to Pattaya. I visited 3 times over the week, and each time was treated very respectfully. Twice I took chairs on the beach (THB 600 minimum spend per person, which is quite reasonable given the prices charged on the public beach). The large selection of food was excellent and the service very nice. Staff was continually checking and moving the umbrella to obscure the sun. Full use of all facilities, which included a shower (I didn't use), pool and private beach area. Great music as well.
They take reservations, which is great, and very responsive to requests. Even on my last day, Valentines day, they were setting up the beach for private dinners and allowed us to stay there, then moved us poolside.

If you would like to make the most of your weekend or holiday, this place is exactly what you need. Located just 2 hours away from BKK, this is the only Beach Club in Pattaya featuring world-class facilities, beach front location, multiple seating options alongside attentive service, great menus and the best House music in town. The club is also kids friendly and provides quite decent selection for vegetarians and unbeatable location for sundowners. It's busy on weekends, so try to secure your best spot in advance.

Asked by a friend to join we didn't hesitate to visit a new place. Perfect located direct on the Na-Jomtien Beach. Huge swimming-pool and other amenities to enjoy the stay. Food was good so was the Sangria but it's quite expensive; reminiscent of clubs in Ibiza, Mallorca and other fancy places. Anyway has been a nice place for a Sunday afternoon and evening.

It was a Fun day indeed me and my friend enjoyed our beach club experience in Alexa. Beautiful scenery specially during sunset. The music makes you dance they have international Dj Jesse good music not too loud for you to enjoy and dancers are also there to entertain and make it more exciting . The service is excellent the staffs are very friendly and accomodating they have minimum spend for food and drinks which is acceptable since there's no time limit in staying there and also the food is not expensive it has large portions can share it with friends. We ordered a lot and I highly recommend the pineapple friend rice 🍍⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ a must try. They also cater big parties and big numbers of guest as I spoke with one of their Mangers. We didn't have reservations lucky there's one bed for us. I advise to pre book so you can choose which beds you can sit. I recommend the bed and pool sofa facing the pool good for tanning 😂 and facing the infinity pool throughout the beach. We will surely be back again. Thanl you so much Alexa for the afternoon party!!! 🎉❤️⭐🙏

I am a long term Thailand resident and I understand exactly what Alexa are trying to be which is a cool chic place with the feel of Ibiza but in Jomtiem/Pattaya. It manages to do this in every respect except one. I was there 3pm and would expect chilled out beach music. Instead the music was hard core dance music turned up at a level that would be suitable to a nightclub at 3am. It was almost impossible to talk to the waitress to order food and drink. It seems the managers there are treating it as their personal club without regard to their customers.
Apart from that it has a great drinks list and food menu.
I won't be back until they change their managers and chill out a bit more!

We are currently having a chill-out house music played from 12PM until 3PM with a party peak in between of 4PM-8PM. However, we do not raise the volume much.

Came here to relax on the private beach on Jan 2nd, which was sadly completely littered with the remnants New Years Eve a few nights before. Considering how much of the plastic waste / streamers / glitter was in the sand, I don’t even want to imagine how much of it went into the ocean. The service was slow - the servers forgot our ice coffee order not once but three times. Pizza was good, but for that I would recommend Pan Pan a few mins drive away.

It is understandable that after a big night such as New Year's Eve Party, the place needed time to get back into normal, most of the cleaning company were still on holidays, our staff did what they could do, to clean until the professional cleaner get involve.

Great day at Alexa Beach club after an heavy night in Pattaya. The first thing that greets you is the pool and the stunning view to the beach. .
Both pool and beach areas were immaculately kept with very nice and comfortable furniture. The staff here at Alexa are very pleasant and showed us a lovely spot on the corner in the shade. We ordered drinks and a food which arrived immediately The mess started around 2pm when the DJ starting to playing 90 ' Ibiza style tunes, basically the concept of chill out indicates that you should be relaxed and enjoy the stressed days far away from the city, Booze and Food here are outstanding. Amazing place with great atmosphere and the best sunset in town Can not wait to go back again.

Really cool Ibiza lounge house vibe. Great pool and lovely view to the beach. We hired a day bed and 4 of us hung out there for the afternoon. Definitely a great place to visit but the staff seemed on edge as though we were trying to scam them! Perhaps they get scammed a lot, I don’t know… but we have them no reason to think that about us….
One of our desserts didn’t turn up until very late… so one of us went off to enquire… while they were gone, it arrived… no big deal, but their attitude was as though we were trying to get an extra one for free!
Day beds have a minimum spend, so maybe some people run off and it makes them a little paranoid?
Music was great though.

I spent an afternoon with a friend at Alexa beach club two days ago.
The place is very nice, just near the sea, with a great swimming pool.
The food and drinks were good, but we thought to have read on the menus that the prices were « nett », and we saw « 10% service charge and 7% VAT » on our bill.
Maybe we read it wrong,
May the PR manager remind us if the prices are « nett » or not ?

Never experienced something like that in my years of traveling. We received the menu and waited 30 min for someone taking the order while in that time our kids already were in the pool. The manager approached us in a very unfriendly upset way, saying that we are not allowed to use the pool for free since we obviously don’t want to order. I was puzzled and explained to her we were waiting to place the order… all the staff was busy on the mobile phone. Basically we couldn’t find a consent and and we left.

Took the family back to Alexa Beach Club as they have a really nice thing going there. Big pool, good house music, and people enjoying the sun.
The food however is disappointing.
It's way over priced and the portions are child sized.
The risotto wasn't creamy, it was watery.
The pizza was small and bland.
And the salmon salad was tiny, with hardly any salmon.
The farang managers are hanging out like customers, and are too busy to even stop by your table and say hello and ask "how is the everything".
No wonder why the place is half empty.
I give this place 2 sideways thumbs, but leaning downward. We won't be returning. Bummer.

Great place with good food en drinks, we come here every year all the way from Belgium. This time we wanted to celebrate a birthday here and the staff made sure everything was decorated and provided us with a delicious cake. It was everything we wanted.

Visited this site in April, a group of six. The place lacked atmosphere. The music was ok but not the best. The dancers need to go back to dance school as they hardly moved. When we tried to pay our bill there was additional drinks put on, a full bottle of rum and several other drinks. So if you are visiting this place make sure to check your bill. We would not recommend this place and definitely wouldn’t return.

Judging by your comments it seems that sometimes we do fail, and I sincerely apologize that your time with us was less than extraordinary and that you were left unhappy with our service.
The mistake on your bill was cleared out on site. We have taken immediate corrective actions to ensure that this does not happen again to any of our valued guests. I have also reinforced to our staff the importance of being careful.
Whilst I understand your frustration concerning the dancers, but we proud ourselves to have an International Dance Show Team as a part of our weekends' LIVE entertainment. We have taken steps to ensure the mood of all eight weekend dance shows are always filled with different variety and designed to suit all tastes and needs. I would like to extent to you my sincere apologies if you feel otherwise. From 12PM to 3PM we offer a more relaxed 'chill-out' environment mostly due to the hot weather and direct sun, and later on this changes to a party atmosphere with live entertainment, energy dancers as well as our DJ's.
It is my sincere hope that we have the opportunity to be of service to you again and change your perception of Alexa Beach Club Pattaya. The experiences you described are not characteristic of the level of service we provide, and we would like to apologize again that your time with us did not exceed expectations. Our aim is to make everyone who comes through our doors feel equally welcome.

We (family of 6) wanted to eat lunch here. There were no other guests. So we sat down on one of the many free sofas. A Thai woman (from her behavior, most likely the manager) greeted us and said in a rather unfriendly tone that we would have to spend at least 5000 bhat to sit on the sofas (it wasn't marked anywhere). No big deal - so we sat down on the "cheaper seats". The menu was brought to us and we decided on a menu and closed the menu on the table in front of us. The children and husband got into the pool. I stayed seated to place the order as soon as one of the employees came. No one came... There were about 4 of them standing around the bar looking at their cell phones. I wasn't in a hurry, so I took out my cell phone too.
After half an hour or so, the manager came back and snapped at my family in the pool that swimming here wasn't free.
My husband then explained to her (kindly) that no one had come to take the order yet. But the woman remained extremely unfriendly, even when my husband said that his father was a local regular at the restaurant and regularly spent a lot of money there with his friends...
Really, how stupid can you be.

Perfect for relaxing during the week. The pool is spacious and where ever you sit you get a good sea view.
On Sundays they have a great party, with top Djs also.
This is our weekend highlight, which we don't miss for any reason.
The managers (Diogo and Dylan) are approachable and always around to take care of any request. Good job guys.
