Been here a few times, the coffee is probably one of the best in Melbourne. The food is a bit pricey in all honesty but you pay for what you get: big portions and fresh ingredients. Nice outdoor seating and staff are always friendly.

Staff were all friendly, was a cold day and we sat outside but the outdoor heater was amazing. Food was delicious and big sizes. Great option to make your own blend of juice.

The Keilor Road Coffee Strip is a hotbed of speedy cuisine, and it takes something special to make a cafe stand out. In the case of Friends of Ours, it's the wait staff, who are friendly and efficient. The coffee is good, my long macchiato had an appealing nutty flavour. The dishes were appetising, if the gusto with which my fellow... More

Seated outside party of two, warm heating supplied with soft ambient music 🎶 had the berry & Nutella shake and was unfortunately disappointed, definitely score more points for The butterscotch pancakes 👌🏼 menu was quite small and hard to read.

Breakfast was okay. Considering the level of competition within such close proximity I cannot rate Friends of Ours higher. Muffins looked like they were the mass-produced ones you see everywhere. Not overly appetising to me. Tables are jammed in together (inside) - not a lot of room to be comfortable. As people were waiting in line to pay, we were... More

Another check of the local area and Trip Advisor pointed to this cafe. The food portions were generous and extremely delicious. Service was efficient, knowledgable and friendly. Coffee wasn't bad but a tad bitter and not as strong as I'm used to for a double espresso, still was of a reasonable quality though. Parking was easy, lots of parking right outside... More

Definitely a place to go. Food always quick. Sometimes difficult to get a table but not their fault. Will go back many times

This cafe is a gem! Definitely a must if anywhere near Essendon. The staff were friendly and efficient and the food was amazing. It was so good to have a decent coffee after being out of the country for a few weeks... We are so glad we picked this cafe as our first stop from the airport. Thanks guys!
