Had a delicious meal here during our stay in Gran Tarajal. The restaurant is run by the confederation of local fisherman and you simpler can't get fresher fish. We were shown a plate with a variety of fish and asked to choose which we would like. Washed down with a nice bottle of white wine - it was a very... More

Very delicious and fresh. The pulpo was really nice (my partner is Galician so he knows his stuff!) And the calamaris we had were really nice too. Would recommend!

Don't look any further: if you like to eat fish in an informal, authentic setting, this is the place to be. Very simple interior, many locals, can be very busy (and noisy of course). We had the parillada de pescados and it was excellent and almost two much for two. With a bottle of white wine and pimientos de padron... More

We were often disappointed in the fish especially in sea-front restaurants in Fuerteventura. La Cofradia (which if I understood correctly is owned by a fishermen's co-operative) does not have a sea view, but it does have lovely fresh fish which they cook to perfection. We chose two different species from the fresh fish display the head waiter brought us. Both... More

Located at the entrance to the local port a simple and unpretentious restaurant attached to a fish wholesaler of the same name. There was a good selection of fresh fish dishes available at very reasonable prices. For us a mixed salad shared to start, a whole sea bass meal also shared; rounded off with their homemade cheesecake (not actually a... More

We recently visited "la cofradía de pescadores". They are very kind and have a very fresh fish. You can see the daily fish before eating and they cook it after your choice. The price is very adequate and they have also local wines mainly from Lanzarote. White wines are the best, specially the dry one. I warmly recommend the place!

We arrived on the Saturday, and it was packed with locals, always a good sign, in their broken English and our appalling Spamish, we managed to find that we would have to wait, the wait was worth it. I highly recommend this restaurant the food is divine, but only if you are into seafood, they do have the odd meat... More

Had Sunday lunch here.. Very much a locals meeting point but we were welcomed by management .. This is very much a fresh fish restaurant with only 4 meat dishes on the menu... If it's fresh fish you want this is the place.. Prices v reasonable, clean, with good service
