Based upon the menu we had anticipated that the restaurant would be more upscale. The level of service was adequate but somewhat hurried. Food choices were ok but not exciting.

We hiked over from the Montage to see the beaches and resort and stopped in for a quick lunch and was pleasantly surprised by the great burger and drinks.

We golfed at the Plantation Course in Kapalua, Maui and dinned at the Banyon Restaurant with Magnificent Views! The food and service was superb, especially the French Onion Soup. It's a special treat to enjoy! Would highly recommend The Banyan!

This restaurant looks right out on the ocean and it was beautiful. We ordered the chefs special of lobster and the chef comes to your table to present it. You need to make reservations well in advance of your visit.

Wonderful atmosphere, great food and service. We had a great dinner and a really nice evening out. The view is fantastic too! Ask for Robert, he was our delightful server. We had the steak and the ahi.

We had dinner here twice during our recent stay and enjoyed everything about our experience. The waitstaff was exceptional and the food expertly prepared and presented. My husband would highly recommend ordering the lobster served with a broth made at table side.
