The food at the Aagrah is the best of any Indian Restaurant I have visited, we visit 4 or 5 times a year and it is always excellent. The service is too quick though and you can be in and out in 45 minutes!! We always slow them down, drinks first, then order poppadoms, then order your main meal :)... More

Just an incredible dining experience. The staff, food, atmosphere, price... all amazing. Highly recommend. I last ate at the Aagrah when it was at its old premises and 10 years later the food is still as exquisite. Testament to how good this place is!

Arrived early evening & was shown a table for 2 with no problem. Sat & waited what seemed like an age to give our orders to the surly waiter. The food was very nice when it arrived but the evening was spoiled by the attitude of the staff. When we were checking the not inexpensive bill the waiter said is... More

I have been a fairly regular visitor to the Aagrah in Skipton over several years and would once have held it up as a shining example of great Indian food with exceptional service. Not so now. My visit on this occasion was quite probably the worst restaurant experience I have had for a long time and the owners need to... More

Visited the Aagrah for a Birthday celebration, service was poor!! One waiter spilt drinks on a coat a thought it was funny, they couldn't get the drinks order correct either. Food was ok at best... won't be visiting again, they seem very complacent!!

I visit the restaurant and also get take away food. It is always of a high quality and well presented. Staff are lovely and service is ultra quick.

we used to go to the Aagrah when it first came to Skipton, then they chenged more tables no room to move constantly being banged into by staff and diners we thought after many years gove the new big resturant by the waterside a go, wish we hadnt, management arguing with diners, food virtually thrown onto the table, lukewarm and... Came here with my husband last week after hearing pleasant reviews and I was disappointed with the quality. I ordered the paneer cheese as a starter which came rock hard and cold ... would not recommend.

Met our friends for a pre Christmas supper...it was delightful. Service, food, value, cleanliness...atmosphere, it was just a great evening enjoyed by all of our party. We have used before and most certainly will be back. A real treat, thanks.

Well... I don't think I've ever had a worse meal. Would give it no stars if I could. Manager argued with us, telling us we were wrong, we were the problem (gesturing at us the whole table) the waiters were rude., surly, muttering under their breath about us. An email will be sent to Head office in due course with... More
