Finding an Austrian Struberl in Bakewell came as something of a surprise but it offered a good range of Austrian food, the service was very good and we enjoyed our lunch here.

Fancied something special so returned here Friday. Never disappointed. Fancied the Goulash but fancied the sausage too. Which to choose? Lets go with both. Excellent Hungarian Goulash, Kaesekrainer and the best bratwurst Ive ever tasted. Aromatic Italian coffee to wash it down. Wandered around Bakewell in post-prandial bliss.

Love this place a quaint and cosy atmosphere, we ate toasties delicious, very reminiscent of the Austria we love as skiing nuts or summer walkers, friendly and welcoming. I missed some background music in traditional style, but not everyone likes it I know, maybe quietly in the background. Wishing you and yours continued success in the future, brilliant. Our next... We came across this place as we wondered around Bake well and thought why not try a Austrian Sausage dish in the middle of the peak district. We ordered a Austrian Sausage sandwich which was delicious. They don't do cappuccino but I did order a milky coffee which was lovely. A wide range of unusual coffee and teas and the... More

We wanted to try a Bakewell pudding in the home of this iconic ‘treat’ and stumbled across the Tirola Stuberi as it had outdoor seating which seemed a great place to be on a sunny afternoon. The courtyard is small and cramped but the service was helpful and efficient. The puddings were disappointing, however and the whole experience wasn't particularly... More

This is only a review of a short trip for one tea, one coffee and one childs drink - it is therefore no reflection on their food. Sat outside in very pleasant courtyard and wife ordered what the menu calls a 'milky coffee'. I think most would expect that to be something like a latte? What arrived was a mug... More

On a beautiful sunny September afternoon, we visited this lovely little Café. We sat in a lovely courtyard and enjoyed milky coffees and fresh scones with jam and cream. The service was excellent with the lovely lady telling us our order would be taken very shortly which indeed it was. The coffee menu was extensive with lots of choice for... More

Pretty court yard. We sat at a lovely little table in a pretty courtyard, the waiter came over & we ordered. Unusually they asked if we'd like to pay at the table immediately before the drinks arrived..so I did. Poor quality drinks I ordered a milky coffee. Never usually have them but felt like spoiling myself . dissapointingly I received... More

But beware as the portions are huge Bratwurst was really nice in a toasted roll and my wife's ham and cheese sandwich would have been enough for three. Really really tasty ham Friendly service and a very pleasant courtyard to enjoy breakfast. I'm going back to buy some sausages to take home
