Lovely warm welcome on entering and great with the kids (ages 7 and 1). Made them feel really welcome and took great care of them. Coloring books, attention and took their orders first. Made them feel valued/wanted. So simple yet nearly all restaurants fail in this regard. Quite often great for kids means slight loss for quantity of food/menu etc... More

Great to see one of the few restaurants open turning punters away! Warm friendly atmosphere. Recommend the pork tasting menu!

Very happy to see this place open this time of year - been before and wanted to return. Waiter very friendly, chatty and helpful. Food superb and set price menu (€30 for 3 courses) well worth it and more flexible than it appears - just ask! All homemade, incl sausage. We had soup, sausage & lentils to start, followed by... Had a late lunch here, and couldn't decide between the fish and chips & lamb tagine. On the nice waitress recommendation, I tried the fish and chips.....best of a several week trip to UK/Ireland! Went back the next day for the lamb, and it too was fine.

We called without maki g a reservation and were lucky to get a table. Good food at reasonable prices. Lovely atmosphere and a very helpful friendly waiter who was overworked on the night but kept smiling.! Definitely worth a visit.

Warm welcome, friendly welcoming host. Lovely food, we had lamb tagine which was lovely, salad was great too. Desserts were great, a couple asked for a dessert that wasn't on the menu...a sorbet with vodka !! Not a bother to provide it and the resulting chat was great fun! Will definitely return. A little gem in a town with good restaurants

Has downstairs & upstairs. They pack 'em in. And service is brisk - there are a number of sittings. The waitress was busy but helpful. The food was very tasty.

Ate here on TripAdvisor recommendations. Location , staff and ambiance very welcoming and helpful. Menu provided nice variety. Had the steak and partner had Lambe Tagine. While the food was nice we weren't blown away.

Great place to dine. Quite 'cosy' but excellent service and excellent food. The Steak was of a good size and precisely cooked to the medium rare request.

No. 35 is a family-run, characterful and confident local dining room. We cook with the best of what's around us, using ingredients in season. On our farm, just a mile up the road, we breed our own pedigree rare breed Saddleback pigs for the delicious free-range pork we serve at No. 35. Open for lunch and dinner
