Back again and this time even better. The restaurant was full so booking would appear to be essential. We could not fault any dish we were served, everyone was excellent. Very friendly staff that were well trained. My favourite restaurant in Kenmare.

This meal was BY FAR the best meal we had on our vacation in Ireland. Chef Mike was able to create incredible flavors that complimented the presented food very well. We couldn't get enough! And have been dreaming of our meal ever since. Go here!!...More

Had a wonderful dinner at this cosy Kenmare Restaurant recently. It is located in an old school house building and beautiful art work decorates the grounds and walls. The service and hospitality is just as one would expect of a professionally run restaurant. Fresh Fish...More

We reached Kenmare pretty late; did not have reservations for dinner. Walked in, got seated; staff was very friendly; food was great- I had the scallops; my husband had the roast beef. Huge wine selection- very generous portions. Everything was awesome! Highly recommend 👍

The Lime Tree is recognised as Kenmare's landmark restaurant. Housed in a beautiful building dating back to 1832, the food and service continues to win accolades and many new customers. The quality ingredients are sourced locally and then carefully prepared with passion. Fish from the cleanest waters in Europe is delivered daily and lamb is provided by the local farmer. Simple caring preparation ensures tasty food. The service is friendly and efficient with an emphasis on value for money in an informal manner.
