After some fun in the local playground we popped in here to pick up some takeaway lunch. We ordered wraps and a salad all of which were quickly consumed after our walk back to the house. The girls working there were very friendly and helpful. Food is locally sourced and organic where possible. Worth stopping here if you are passing... More

Very good food which is always well served. The cafe is in a lovely location in a pleasant corner of south east Ireland.

This is a great little cafe. Their homemade soup is fantastic no matter what the flavour is! I also defy you to resist a homemade cake. The carrot cake is always exceptional. It's nice to relax here and read the paper whilst enjoying a cuppa.

Un ambiente muy comodo, comida fresca i excellente. Los scones estan entre los mejores que he encontrado. Seguramente recomendado A nice homely cafe with fresh and excellent food. The scones are among the best I have tasted and come with home-made jam. Recommended stop when passing through Thomastown or staying in the vecinity

The Blackberry Cafe was on our list of places to try based upon reviews that we found on-line. We weren't disappointed! It was so delicious that we went for lunch and returned for breakfast before we left Thomastown. Definitely THE place to go for breakfast or lunch in town!

An Irish friend of ours recommended The Blackberry Cafe to us as we are on holiday from the US. This is just our type of eatery: high quality, local, organic food. It definitely deserves its many Bridgestone awards which decorate the doorway. The soup and sandwiches we ordered were delish and the cup of coffee of a very high standard.... More

We found the " Blackberry" by accident and it was a terrific find. My Wife had Quiche and salad and I had a toasted special of ham, cheese, onion and tomato. The sandwich was exceptional with bread that was deliciously tasty. I assume that the bread was homemade, as it ranks with the nicest bread, that I have ever enjoyed.... More
