We had Irish coffees while we watited for the bus back to Dublin. It was a nice place to sit and rest.

Came over on the train from Dublin for lunch on a cold and blowy day so we were first in the door at lunchtime. Excellent menu, great staff. Was packed by the time we left so best to book

We had lunch there today and really liked it. The staff were very friendly, the food delicious and there was a cozy atmosphere with the chimney fire.

This restaurant was a chance find when everywhere else was busy. The food was superb a real break from chips with everything.

We have a few usual places that we go to when in Howth but we wanted to try something different last week so we gave Deep a go. It wasn't very busy (but it was early on Thursday evening) but the place still felt warm...More

Ordered the seafood platter, no prawns so they gave is 'fish pate' instead. It was not delicious at all. No crab claws so they gave us extra oysters to balance it out. Seriously, you are a seafood restaurant on the pier in Howth, sort it...More

We tried this place after a long day of touring and shopping. It was a casual and comfortable atmosphere. I ordered the Hake en Papilotte. It came to me steaming hot and done to perfection. The waitress added a few grinds of black pepper, and...More

Gorgeous post walk sea food platter in Deep. Platter consisted of calamari, mussels, salmon on brown bread, prawns in garlic butter, fish goujons and fish cakes. It wouldn’t be complete without chips!!! I can recommend the toffee and pecan roulade and cappuccino 😘🤗. Service is...More

We had not booked a table so tried on spec for a table for 2. Very warm greeting and if we could wait 10 minutes they would have a table for us. Short walk and 15 minutes later returned and our table was ready. The...More

We enjoyed a cozy and excellent meal. The service has been unobtrusive but efficient. The fish and chips was great, so were the other dishes. Good variety of local brews.

They've got a couple of rave reviews from newspapers displayed in their restaurant, but unfortunately I didn't note which papers they were. Their seafood was incredibly fresh, perhaps bought right off of the docks. We had incredible fried oysters and a hearty seafood chowder as appetizers, then an earlybird seafood special for two for dinner which included fishcakes, crawfish, mussels, Dublin Bay Prawns, squid, smoked salmon, and a small salad. Beautifully plated, amazingly delicious. I hope you're able to get more info because this place is not to be missed!
