Always adequate but never innovative. Plain fair served in a pretty crowded unspectacular small space.

Always nice. Always busy but what can you expect from the best place in town for lunch. Good value for money.

We tried the healthy Taco Mince Fries served with sweet potatoes chips instead of standard. An excellent addition to the Menu: so clean tasting but yet absolutely bursting with flavour throughout and a generous portion sizes leaving you satisfied. The menu was always good but the new additions have improved it further making you want to return again and again!

Food was delicious and worth every cent but bit disgusted seeing the waitress clearing the table near us and used a cloth to wipe the floor then wiped the table.

Never lets you down at Christmas time. Quality and excellence at its best! Bang Bang Chicken salad was possibly the nicest salad I've eaten in my life! My husband had the taco chips - delicious. Desserts: Christmas pudding and Ferrero Roche Cheesecake - one better than the other. So tasty, so fresh, so full of flavour. Staff are so friendly... More

Nice friendly cafe. The compact fry is just enough in the morning. Seems to have many regular customers.

The breakfast muffin here is so nicely presented and tastes absolutely fabulous. The accompanying relish is a winner - really makes the dish. Everything cooked to perfection. Also got a fresh and tasty fruit scone and a tea and Mocha. The Mocha was the nicest I've tasted in a long time - the ratio of chocolate to coffee was spot... More

Description
Nestled just off the main street in Clonmel is the bustling restaurant and delicatessen called Niamh's. This is somewhere that not only has a faultless breakfast menu, great cakes and breads, but also delivers super-sharp, creative dishes such as warm bang bang chicken salad or open coronation sandwich on naan bread with toasted almonds and kashmir chutney. The focus is on keeping the locals loyal by real cooking at affordable prices. The restaurant is comfortable and on trend and the staff are friendly. Kid's are also welcome and we have an exstenive kid's menu. If you don't have time to eat in, a delicious sandwich can be made-to-order to take-out from our deli, with a homemade soup or we can make you a great coffee. Finally we have a well stocked shop selling our scones, breads, pate, fresh salads and more.
