Situated on the cliffs over looking the famous Pollock Holes.....Diamond Rocks is an excellent place for lunch or a quick coffee after having a swim in the beautiful clear waters around Kilkee. We have visited here many times and have always found the staff to be friendly even though the place can get very busy.

We stopped in to have a nice hot chocolate and a coffee. Excellent views, great variety on the menu and superb staff. Prices are very good and this is a nice place to stop once you hike around the cliffs.

We arrived for Sunday lunch quite late and the remaining choices was quite limited. My wife chose the last roast beef and I had the fish and chips. The fish and chips was tasty but the beef was poor. When we handed it back, the money was immediately refunded and a replacement dish offered free of charge, as well as... More

We stopped at Diamond Head Cafe after a few hours at Kilkee Cliff Walk (North side of the Bay). We were quite exhausted but needed a latte and some snacks. Unfortunately the parking lot is difficult to navigate (but I am a Yank used to much more space in a parking lot) so we parked as far as we could.... More

We celebrated my parents' golden wedding anniversary at the Diamond Rocks cafe in August of last year and it was the best decision we could have made. From the stunning backdrop to the to the beautifully decorated space, it was the perfect location. Margaret was in touch every step of the way working with me on menus, our guests' dietary... More

The Diamond Rocks cafe is by far the best place in Kilkee to enjoy a wonderful Breakfast while taking in the views of the waves crashing over the rocks at the at the Pollock Holes and across the to Georges Head. Excellent menu and our food was served up quickly. We will be back.
