The Copper Hen is a little bit off the beaten track in Fenor but it's worth the trip for the food. While the menu isn't huge it is supplemented by a specials menu (which unfortunately we weren't shown), and a lot of the menu is locally sourced. For some reason there were no prices on the menu but two starters,... More

Restaurant just outside Tramore, called out the Friday night but we're fully booked, so we booked in for Sunday dinner... I was disappointed in the food, i had great expectations for it. No gluten free bread. A new staff member had just started and we had a million and one questions about the food she did very well to keep... More

Great value and beautiful fresh food. The only criticism was that there was no baby bowl or anything suitable for a young child. Friendly staff though.

Been in the Cooper Hen twice. The evening menu is excellent value. The Sunday lunch menu is more expensive than the evening menu. The Bar downstairs is very reasonable for pre-dinner drinks. One of the few bars that sell non-alco beer at the same price as soft drinks. Summer and weekend student staff are very nice.
