Called in for a pint here while waiting for a wedding to kick off. Reluctantly left after two pints. Great Guinness, friendly staff and good crowd.
We enjoyed our visits to Mc Gills while staying at Powerscourt. The servers were nice but a bit slow in responding
We ate at this place while staying at the hotel. The service was the worst I think I ever experienced. The food was very typical pub pub nothing special.
McGills, the pub in the Powerscourt Hotel is a delightful place for supper and your favorite beverages. The Fish and Chips are fresh, and tasty. Prices are average for Ireland. Go early, as it gets very busy in the evening.
Enjoyed a meal here on recent visit and found the staff very accommodating even with the pub full. Ordered fish & chips which were excellent.
