We have just had a wonderful 8 days, staying at the Sanfront Hotel.....
A delightful room with a four poster bed and a beautiful open window view of the church.
Delicious cuisine and an Italian 'nothing is a problem' mentality #perfect

we were pleasantly surprised to see the physical improvements made to our favorite restaurant in cimaferle, during our summer vacations as children we spent hours eating and socializing at this restaurant . What has remained the same is the family atmosphere.
the food is excellent,...the service is warm and friendly, the prices very reasonable.More

We were taken to the restaurant by some locals and were very pleasantly surprised by the cuisine and the wine selection. This is not an easy place to find as it is in the mountains up from Acqui Terme. We all started out with an...Insalata Russa which is peas, tuna, potato's and mayonnaise. Presentation was nice, but too much mayonnaise for me. It had the mayo piped around it and I just scraped it away and it was very good. For my entree I did a sampling of 3 different ravioli's that were delicious. Serving portion was more than enough and with the lovely red wine was perfect!
This is a place worth the trip up the mountain!More
