The Owner woman is kind and all the staff are polite. The nachos I recommended were really good. No beans or ground meat, avocado dip, tomato and chopped onion salad, cheese and moderate spices Seafood risotto is also reasonably good. The Caesars salad chicken was delicious. And nine beers a glass! (300 yen) Soft Drinks 45 Yuzu Soda Water 13 Ringid Everything is 108 ringids cheaper than 3,800 yen! It was a relief to know that I have always had Malaysian food and the occasional Western dish. I'd recommend it.

A repeat visit. My "go to" in Labuan. Friendly, comfy, great food, good beer, keen prices, & staff are fantastic. I wish there was a place like this in my hometown.

operating for past two years. a good alternative to the hotel restaurant. food selection is mostly Indian and decent. Pricing is also decent. Has a good cigar smoking area, small KTV section and nice huge outdoor balcony to hangout, dine and smoke. Service is not the best tho. We had many dishes are at times the spot is always out of some beers, spinach; on monday's no naan bread etc. Nice decor and nice spot to hangout. It has wall mounted teles for sports viewing. the alco selection is very good. overall we do like the spot and it would be better is the staff were more attentive.

Finally got to try this restaurant after reading reviews about it. Was not disappointed at all, except for the fact that they were out of mangoes that evening, so no mango lassi available. Other than that, service was very attentive and the food presented was good and reasonably priced. Looking forward to trying out more offerings in the menu.

Hidden in the Dorsett in Labuan this restaurant serves some of the most delicious mango shaved ice and Indian cuisine in Labuan. A must try while in Labuan.

I come here quite often for their Indian cuisine as their food taste ok for an authentic Indian restaurant. But this one time, when I ordered their Roti Basket which comes with 6 pieces of Roti but with their wisdom, they only provided me 1 small bowl of curry, which is the usual portion for 1 piece of Roti. When I asked if I can get a refill as I’m ordering so many pieces of Roti, they told me they charge rm1.50 for a bowl of curry. But I tried to reason with them, by them I meant 2 different waitress, but they came back with the same answer. They can’t give me a refill. I don’t mind paying, if it is reasonable, but this got on my nerves. This is really bad, it’s not like I asked for a cup of free whiskey. So, to everyone out there who’s planning to come, please avoid ordering big portion of roti, as you’ll end up struggling to finish your dry roti.

The Living Room, Restaurant cum Bar is located in Hotel Grand Dorset in Labuan. Excellent ambience, very clean and bright. Serves western and North Indian cuisine. Went for dinner and ordered North Indian dishes. Food was delicious. Reasonably price (taking into account that it’s located in a five star hotel).

Please try out this little restaurant if you are ever in the area. The food is lovely and the service is awesome. The owners of the place are friendly and super nice. The entire place has a feel of a home and a cozy little nook. Lots of character in all the pieces you can spot all around. We really enjoyed ever bit of the experience.

Looks like it might be very expensive, but the prices are reasonable and compared to KL they are brilliant. The service is second to non, if you arrive early you can choose where you want to sit though it would be wise to book on Friday and Saturdays. The curries are delicious and you can request how hot you want it. There is a big screen TV playing sport (mostly football) so you can sit facing it. The choice of drinks (spirits) put most bars to shame, and when you have finished your food you can sit at the bar or go to the cigar room, and I was told that there are cigars for sale kept in a humidor ( I dont smoke). After a couple of visits your treated like a friend, To me the best restaurant in Labuan, in fact the best curry restaurant I have visited so far.

Living room has just opened in May 2018 and serves excellent western and indian food. Prices are a bit on the high side for the indian food but for the western food prices, it appears to be sensible. Had a sirloin burger and it was a freshly made patty with a good bun and well worth the RM22 I paid. Probably the best burger on the island. The restaurant also has a large screen TV for live soccer match's and a western style pub to sit at and a huge selection of whiskeys to choose from either by glass or by bottle. Well worth visiting if you are in Labuan and looking for good western or indian food. Two thumbs up.

Good mix of food available from Local to Western and an Extensive Indian Menu. Great place to hang out with a group of People. From just a simple meal, get together, party or function. The owners are Super Friendly and Approachable, and the staff attentive. There's the main dining area, lounge area, outdoor balcony seating as well as a private Karaoke room and A/C Cigar lounge. The deco is modern with a comfortable lounge feel. and This is simply our favourite place to go in Labuan! If only there was live music or a DJ for Saturday evenings so we can also dance the night away!
