Took taxi in evening from Konkani. 16 euros each way. Well worth it as food was excellent, home cooked, generous portions, and much cheaper then Konkani. Lovely atmosphere sitting in square in evening with the locals.
The staff is very friendly. We did not eat food, we drank coffee and the kids had orange juice. It is clean and it has a very serene atmosphere. The village is beautiful.

Charming villiage square restaurant serving traditional Greek food using lovely fresh produce. Go on a Friday night and watch the town spring to life. If you are lucky a plate if yoghurt and cherry compote may be given to you to enjoy
Vourliotes is a charming little mountain village, and the square is so beautilful and idyllic. On the blue chairs you can get the best fresh orange juice.
