Paranga remains my favourite for excellent food, great atmosphere and a location which is practically on the blue sea of this pretty little bay. The service is extremely friendly but still very professional. They are always well stocked with the freshest fish on the market. Try a platter of crudi....you will not be disappointed!!

Possibly the most beautiful setting to dine in the St.Julians area. I've visited various times, both for lunch and dinner and have been delighted each and every time, yet my favourite dish is definitely their salt baked seabass with a side dish of Maltese roasted potatoes. Scrumptious!

A stunning place to meet friends for drinks on a Sunday, or any other day, followed by a delicious lunch at the waters edge. Could'nt ask for a better service and a more courteous staff. A must for anybody looking for good food and relaxation. Will definitely return some time soon.

Part of the Intercontinental Hotel. Friendly knowledgeable staff. Food was out of this world. Make sure you save some room for the White chocolate soufflé pud!

Always our choice to have fresh fish literally next to the source of the food. The location is amazing, the service perfect. Being part of the Intercontinental it is a bit pricy but the freshness and selection of seafood is worth the money. A perfect place for romantic sunsets.

Description
Paranga is the hotel's seaside restaurant, set on teak decking adjacent to the rippling Mediterranean Sea. Here one is certain to find and an enticing and exclusive atmosphere where the centre of attention is the pristine and unspoiled natural flavour of the cuisine. Chef de Cuisine Claudio Farrugia presents a menu characterised by superb array of stimulating and diverse Sicilian flavours interpreted in both a traditional and contemporary style. Fresh fish and shellfish arrive daily from local fishermen, creating, with certainty, a peak of individual interest or the ideal fare for a special occasion. All of which may be enjoyed with an ideally selected and impeccably paired wine, aperitif or digestif.
