Great place for lunch and extensive menu to suit all tastes. I had dish of the day Lemon Sole and it was cooked to perfection. Will definitely come back here again for a meal. Staff attentive and very helpful.

Met a group of friends, there were 6 of us in total and 3 pushchairs- they were very accomodating and made sure we were made to feel welcome. The food was great, well priced and was really nice to eat- would recommend!

Great food, great service...reasonable prices. What a turnaround compared to where this pub was the last time I visited.

A lovely and very popular (we got the last table for two on a Friday evening 18:30ish) local pub, part of Hall & Woodhouse group. Attentive and friendly staff without being intrusive, menu's changed every six months (I think) but pub favourites and more always...More

After checking on the website that the restaurant served food until 9:00 pm on Sunday we arrived at 07:45. Asked for a table for 3 to be told that they were fully booked. Which was surprising as the restaurant was less than a third full....More

Went here with a friend for dinner. Sat down and waited ages for a menu. Ordered drinks from the bar as no one came to our table. Food came out quickly. It is standard pub food. Nice but nothing special. Ordered mine with salad and...More
