My friends and I visited the Tea Rooms today after our walk along the Jurassic Way from Gretton to Rockingham. We were greeted very warmly by the gentleman inside and enjoyed a green tea and coffees while we regained the feeling in our fingers. Looking at the menu we found numerous breakfast dishes that we will no doubt have to... More

Fancied a break on our way home and stopped off here. Friendly service and nice food in a typical country tea room. Will stop again for sure!

A warm welcome on a cold damp day. The food was good too! As a quiet day, we were the only customers, cannot guarantee how quick the service would be on a busy day. Everything was prepared fresh by one person.

Lovely little tea room / restaurant . Had a lovely late breakfast even though it was officially lunchtime but owner still had grill on so was happy to cook for us. Quaint surroundings and proper tea cups! Definitely worth a visit.

The reason I gave it four stars rather than five is because of the service. When we ordered our food and coffee/tea, there was only one staff member. We sat outside since it was a beautiful day. We waited about 20 minutes for the coffee and then the tea came out after the food. The food was very good though.... More

Pop in regularly when in the area. All the staff are very friendly and welcoming. Good menu and reasonably priced. Very clean and well decorated. Outside seating area in the paddock very nice for good weather.

My first visit to this lovely little tearoom but definitely not my last. From the very warm welcome, to the cosy surroundings and the awesome scones and coffee, everything was just lovely! I can't wait to come back again.

Have been in before and was unaware of the new proprietor. Place has been nicely decorated. We were late in for a breakfast but new owner was more than happy to turn on the hot plate again and produce a couple of lovely breakfast meals with coffee and orange juice. Friendly helpful staff so will pop in again - thank... More
