We come here fairly regularly as our kids love the softplay area. The food is usually good, although we are usually disappointed with desserts. The carvery is always excellent though, and includes soup and bread along with the usual three meats and a great range of veg. We can relax and eat at our leisure while the kids play once... More

Having visited the Guild on a number of occasions and never having a problem, extremely disappointed. Was shown to seat by waitress who didn't know how to smile. Sat and waited for 30mins for someone to even offer us a drink. Waitress served all the tables around us, but not once did someone come and ask us if we had... More

Have not been here for a couple of years, but we thought we would have tea here the other night. Service at the table was okay, but the waitress was chewing gum. Two out of the three meals were poor. One was as gammon and eggs, the other a New York Burger. The gammon meal was cold and the burger... More

We were there for boxing day lunch and what place to have great food. Family friendly and nice staff. There is a play area to keep kids busy.

Was such a welcoming place, as well as going for a meal for my sister-in-laws birthday we went for mothers day and I cannot say and bad thing about the food! The server, Rob, was amazing and couldn't flaunt his services, was so friendly and was always there to cater for our needs. The manageress was really helpful and she... More

I have eaten here a number of times. The foods good, well prepared, cooked and presented. What, for me makes my visits something to look forward, too other than the food, is the service. Particular thanks must go to Mark who is a bright, friendly and very welcoming staff member. I find he's incredibly professional but also so keen to... More

Perfectly adequate place for a meal, in an area of Bromsgrove fairly devoid of restaurants. Received politely and efficiently served by a nice girl who looked a tad tired....but she disguised it well. The eating area was clean and tidy, and fairly imaginatively arranged. This type of dining experience follows a tried and tested formula, and obviously attracts a lot... More

A no frills chain pub beside the by pass but a warm welcome and plenty of tasty food at very reasonable cost. Unlimited refills of costa coffee a nice touch. Staff were very attentive and helpful and service was commendably prompt. A pleasant lunch time experience

Had a lovely meal ,as always, staff always pleasant and helpful. Millie was our waitress and was welcoming with a smile. Drinks came to our table very quickly. Meals cooked perfectly. My husband eat here at least once a week and have never had a reason to complain.

Thank Cathy N
