We ate at the restaurant for 3 nights last week. A warm welcome from the staff and would recommend the food and menu selection. A special is also offered daily. Only criticism is the number of golfing parties, but having commented, the waiting staff deal with this very well. We look forward to our next visit.

Our friends ordered the Welsh (melted cheese with a slice of bread and an egg on top) and said it was awesome. I ordered the salmon tartar with a green salad on the side. Honestly, it was probably one of the worst salmon tartarstartare's I've ever had and I eat it at least two times a week. The bottom part... More

First night in Le Touquet, chose here and we all were extremely disappointed. The food was so bland and tasteless... Moules... How difficult are they.... Insipid, no flavour, no wine or garlic taste, just one example.. 4 of us ate.. Not one liked the food. Avoid.

Best choice for a reasonable price in Touquet. We had lunch there on our first day and could not resist not to come back for dinner the next day. The staffs are friendly and willing to speak English to you.

We had dinner here twice during our stay in Le Touquet to play golf. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the menu is French with international add ons. The service was excellent and the food really good. We can recommend the skate and the lamb chops if on the menu. Another time we just called in for a... More

I've been to this lovely town many times and Le Matisse is my go-to venue for breakfast and lunch, or just a drink. Sit under the patio heaters if it's a bit chilly and watch the world go by. Lovely breakfast or delicious fresh fish for lunch. I had the casserole of fish with saffron and my sister the skate.... More

A busy cosy real French friendly restaurant with value for money! Alive atmosphere. Good menu for less than 20 EUR! Pizza's are also of good quality. To be critical, if you are a frequent restaurant visitor the food and style is fast perceived as too simple. E.g. Le Paris Plage is then a better choice in the same neighbourhood, but... More

We loved this place and went back twice! Good food in a great location in the Main Street and outside seating in the sun! There are also patio heaters which is great meaning you can enjoy al Fresco dining even if it's not that warm! Definitely recommend!

Stay away! I ordered a local salad of Belgian endive, walnuts, Maroilles and ham, but got a huge bowl of unseasoned Belgian endive, with a few tiny cubes of cheese and three slices of disgusting ham, no walnuts either -- for 15 euros. RIP OFF. My husband's onion soup starter tasted like dirty dishwater, and not a single onion in... More
